Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however should you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note that exchange must be sent back within 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the product.

You can exchange your item(s) for the same one in a different size, for another one or for a gift card, which is equivalent to the amount of your order.

Please ensure the item(s) are in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags still intact and in the original bag and packaging. In the case of an exchange, we charge a 10% commission on operating expenses.

We do NOT accept items from Sale and Last chance categories for exchange. Promotions and special offers don't apply to exchanges.

 

 How to exchange your order

Please note:
An exchange request must be created within 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the product.
Please ship your parcel as soon as you receive your exchange paperwork.
Any unauthorized order received at the warehouse will be returned to the sender. 

Your request will be processed within 14 working days.

All postal services and exchanges are paid by the customer.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please note that you must contact our Customer Care team within 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the product.

Please note that refunds are possible only for clothing. Such product categories are not refundable: tights, socks, stockings, swimwear, all types of lingerie.
